website to create large mosaic prints out of pictures?

I have a picture that I want to enlarge to print out in poster size. You know split the picture up into small printable images and combine them later?

er.. maybe mosaic isn't the right word. I want to split 1 image up into multiple tiles, not make 1 image from multiple other images.

How large will the final print be, and how large do you want the mosaic tiles to be?

regular poster size, so maybe 24x36

The easiest two ways:

1) Make a 36x24 (or whatever size you want) poster print; use a large paper cutter to slice it into mosaic tiles.

2) Crop the photo into tiles in Photoshop (or another image editor); for a 36x24 image, you can cut it into thirty-six 4x6 tiles (a popular print size) and print them out at any digital photo processing place.

There is a big problem with method #2; many photo processors slightly enlarge/crop digital images to fit the print size by a few percent, so your mosaic tiles might not line up pixel perfect.
