Everyone thanks so much for the support and well wishes, it really does help. Today was an awsome day, first time I have bought clothing that is smaller then the last time I bought it, in a long long time.

you got a lot of balls for being a huge guy and being secure enough to post pics of yourself at the beginning and through your progress, most people wouldn't post pics to the public if they were that big.

What are you going to do once you hit your goal? How do you plan to change your diet? It would be horrible to end up gaining a bunch of weight back.

I once lost 70 lbs in a period of 2 years, and gained it back over the next 3. It really sucks, but I got lazy and my bad habbits came back.

Anyway, here's hoping the best for you!
