Guys thanks so much for the support, I really appreciate it, BTW I had my weekly weigh in and I have now lost over 50 lbs! In 6 weeks - I think it?s a damn good start.
And fatty4ksu - you are one funny basterd.

Nice job on your progress, but is this type of diet healthy and sustainable? Most of the literature I've read states that healthy sustainable weight loss should be no more than 2 pounds per week.
I've also read that healthy sustainable weight loss should be no more than 2 pounds per week, but I also remember reading before that it can be more for people who are significantly overweight. but 10 lbs a week, i'm not sure. 410 is a lot (no offense) so maybe 10lbs a week isn't that bad?
I remember when I was losing weight, and when I tell girls my stats, they say "i hate it that you can lose more weight than me" so I tell them. "gain 100 pounds and see if you can lose weight just as fast, i bet you can." haha.

the key to lossing weight is simple. less food, more exercise. when was the last time you saw a fat marine graduating boot camp? When i graduated Air Force basic i had lost 3 inches in my waist but gained 8 pounds.
