First of all I am about 140 on average and I am approixmately 5'10" and have some runner build. I am looking forward to pack into at least another 10lbs upwards to 20lbs... I have a problem... No matter how much I eat, I don't gain more than 5 at most and I remain very in shape by running, benchpress, and more... I really want to pack some more meat into me. Do anybody here have a suggestion that I could might try? Thanks in advance...

I want to thank you guys for making suggestions and pming me with tips. I will be sure to post back with my workout schedules, calories intake and etc... At the moment all I can do now is push ups and chin ups until I get back to college where there is GYM for me to use... Thanks everybody for the tips and so on forth...
