Weird Error with new Updrade

Ok This is what i had

athlon 64 3200
msi neo4 plat
2 X 512 kingston ram
radeon x800xl
2 sata WD 120 gig drives

now

athlon 64 X2 3800
same board,graphics and ram
160 SATA 2 Hitachi HD

OK when playing Lineage 2 the computer locks up with a dark blue screen. it never did this before the upgrade. only other changes were i upgraded to the CAT 5.9's before the upgrade. I have a 430 true power PS.

Any ideas?

did you install the X2 cpu driver from www.amd.com ???

No i used software to copy to my new HD. I think it was the cat 5.9s because i rolled back last night and the system has been on for 12 hours now with no problems
