This problem just started getting worse. The video on certain solid colors started giving this weird ghost effect of what is next to it. For example on ad boxes that are blocked in Firefox if the box is black there will be a green hazy ghost of the left border. Icons will do the same thing if they are against a black background, and its not only back its a ton of different colors. If I would to play an Anime on the computer it would show the ghosting affect inside things like hair or any solid colors. The effect is getting worse, earlier this evening I couldn't even read anything on the screen as ALL the text went blurry and funky colors. I plugged the monitor into a different computer and the something happened. I even switched out the VGA cable with a friends and the same thing happened. The only thing I haven't tried is using the DVI plug as I dont have a DVI cable. Im right now letting the monitor rest in case it is over heating. As the monitor is on anywhere from 12-18 hours a day. It gets plenty of ventilation around it as there is nothing really near it. I have plugged in a old CRT monitor right now and everything is working great so I know its not my computer. I have also tried reinstalling the video drivers.
