Get to be good friends with her and when those dating restrictions are lifted, you'll be the first in line by her AND her parents. Hey when I was 19 I dated a 14yo. Her parents didnt know cause' we swam together and you know I "drove her to practice" Damn she was hot. I should look her up. probaly still lives in good ole' scotland. Damn, she was hot.
