Learned something new at PT.
Left arm, hammer curls, causes pain in the same place that I had on the right before the major issue. Granted this is very minor and I would have ignored it on any other day.
Had my PT go through how the muscles work. Looks like the "regular" ez curl bar puts more stress on the brachialis muscle/tendon than the bicep tendon. The brachialis was part of my tear.
40 years later....straight bar curls (or cables) it will be from now on.
