Wendy's is still solid

I actually used to eat at Wendy's in the past now and then and liked the burgers, but the wife for some reason isn't a fan so restricts me a bit.

It isn't like it is life altering, we usually cook at home anyway.

I'd still put Wendys above BK and McD, but Wendy's isn't as good as it used to be. Now the patties shrink up small and and they're hard, compressed. They used to hang over the edges and the meat was loose like a good homemade burger.

I really enjoy Wendy's. Far better than BK/McD but I have to say that I really do not consider McDonald's a hamburger. It is its own unique things. Might as well be called a McDonald's sandwich. I will have to say that Sonic also makes a really solid fast food burger.

It's a hamburger I'll concede but if I have a craving for a mcdouble a wendy's doublestack isn't close to the same. McDonalds has a taste all to itself that separates it from the rest of the fast food hamburgers, good or bad. All squares are rectangles but not all rectangles are squares.

I read an article a while back and it stated that Wendy's employees said those chilies were left over from the day before and just being reheat and then the "beef" in those chilies were just frozen and tossed into the chili.

i really see no issue with this, the practice of wendys making chili out of their unused burgers has been known for a long time.

Eont know about the states, but A&W up here are decent. Too bad they changed their menu, loved their prime rib burger. So good.
