I don't even have the pickles. The chicken and bread is a great taste. You don't add A1 to a ribeye, and you don't add sauce to a Chic Fil A sammich. Ok, I'm stretching, but still.

The closest Chick Fil A near me is next door to a Sonic, so I could pickup one of those special drinks from Sonic and then get a Chik Fil-A chicken sandwich, good times.

Try the wendy's double stack for $1 and unlike McD's double it comes with tomato,
lettuce and fresh onion..

And fresh beef, that was never frozen. The stuff from McD may be 4 months frozen before you ever eat it while Wendy's is just a few days any fresher and you'd have to bite in to a living cow. No other chain can claim that.

Are Chick-fil-A's still closed on sundays?

I agree that the chicken sandwiches and nuggets are good tasting, but yes, there are better values.

I like chick-fil-a because their grilled chicken sandwiches are the only ones (other than those from Arby's) that won't give me a stomach ache. Anything from McDonald's or Burger King = instant pain.

That being said, Zaxby's beats em all, hands down.

Chick-fil-A is awesome. I wish there were some up north.

I used to be a nugget fan, but I think I've liked the chicken sandwich and chicken biscuit more recently - not really sure why. I'm definitely going to be eating some now that I'm back in Texas for the break.

Devout /= fanatic. I think it's awesome Cathy gives workers Sunday off to go to church or just relax with friends and family.

However, Chick-Fil-A is not so good taste-wise.

$3.95 at this chinese joint here between 11-3 you can get a lunch special, w/ drink or soup. which portion wise is enough for 2 people. I dont see how they make money.

Bumping an old thread for a question.

Is this place worth venturing to? Someone told me they have one stashed away in NYC and he said I have to go, but it just looks like fast food to me.

Thanks!

I think its just standard fast-food, I never really saw anything special about it. I mean, I guess if you want nuggets or a chicken sandwich it might be better than the McDs variety, but its still just fast food.

I suggest adding their honey roasted bbq sauce to the sandwich, that stuff is damn good.

yes, go to it, and don't be a dumbass like the OP and complain about the lack of sauce when chick-fil-a gives out 5 different kinds of sauces upon asking, as well as having whatever regular condiments as well.

and the waffle fries are pretty darn good too.

At Chick fil a, the chicken tastes like chicken while the mcd's dbl cheese tastes like something out of a toxic waste dump. If you include heatlh to that value then you go into the negative with taht burger.
