Are you going to share the recruiting bonus with us?
No
Nor should you.

Remember the thread about the friendship that was basically ruined over a referral bonus?

P.S. Mods, I hope this is ok with you - don't think the networking thread is being read that much, so I decided to open a new one. On related note if you could sticky this, I'd appreciate it.

I'm wondering if this thread might serve better stickied in the Programming category. It won't be seen by as many people, but don't more of the programmers visit there more often?

just for kicks, whats the salary range for the position youre looking to fill?
Depends on your skills and experience, let's just say you won't feel shortchanged.

Thats a rather uninformative answer to a concrete question considering you specified the level and experience for the positions that you need to fill. I would certainly not pursue a job opening not knowing in advance what the pay level may be.
P.S. Depending on your definition of breathing distance, a range of $85k to $95k for a midlevel developer is pretty good. Its right up there with Bay Area salaries
