Doesn't look like a rebate is needed (see link above provided by motoxpress) but the warranty is only 1 year (you can buy another year from TD for $14 for a total of 2 years). The short warranty kills it for me. I've had several drives flake out on me a few months after their warranty expired recently. 5 years seems like a reasonable life span for a hard drive.
Outpost has recently has had 200GB Seagate drives for $110 twice in the past few months. They offer a 5 year warranty and $40 rebate. Right now they have the 160GB for $100 with a $40 rebate.

They'll probably get another batch of 200s if you wait although rumor has it that some manufacturers are phasing out PATA drives.
