I am not quite sure about the double rebates on the same item. The rebate coupons require "original UPC code" and specifically says "no photo copies of UPC bar code will be accepted."

The Cendyne drive says that it's only available in stores only and doesn't show the instant rebate even if I could add it to my cart. Oh well. Deal is dead for me. I don't see any $30 off $150 phone coupons either.

I assume the Officemax rebate for the Hhypermedia will accept a copy of the UPC? I will call on Monday and confirm this, they have advertised as both rebates, so you have to be able to send a copy of the UPC to one of them, the seperate Khypermedia one blatently says copies of UPC will NOT be accepted, the omax one just says "original UPC"

I thought I read in another earlier post that the officemax rebate form will accept the photocopy if there is another rebate with it.

My guess is send the original UPC to the Khypermedia $20 rebate, and the copy to the $50 omax store rebate. I wish it was the other way around, because I feel more confident about getting the omax rebate than I do the Khypermedia one! I emailed someone at the omax rebate fulfillment site asking if I can send a copy of the UPC, we'll see if they actually respond...

I hate the Khympermedia cdr's, but it's just about the only thing on the list that I need and that pads enough money to use the $30 coupon. The rebates for the Khypermedia discs stink and the cdr's stink, literally. Has anyone noticed this? I always give my Khypermedia cdr's to my friends because I can't stand the smell of them. Why are they the only cdr's that smell?

I have never had any of these problems

I have gone thourgh 100 of these CDR's and did not have one coaster. They burned flawlessly at 48X and did not smell badly at all,
