It's kinda sad, because I used to hate and bash Apple products without any good reason. It wasn't until I trashed my 6th or 7th laptop out of rage that I started to look at Apple's MBP. For once, the grass is actually greener on the other side.

iPod classic
iPod Nanos (1st, 4th and 5th)
iPhone 3g
iPad 2
MacBook Pro (13" 2009, 15" 2010)

iPhone 3G that I got free from woot, it was a special bonus item in some bag o' crap shipments last Christmas.

I have nothing else from them, and using it reaffirmed my belief that I want nothing else from them.

Ipod nano 1st gen (gift from mom)
Ipod nano 2nd or 3rd gen (gift from brother)
Macbook Air 13" (2010 model) - got a maxed out refurb with 4gb of memory and a 256gb hard drive. Got this for general usage, as I wanted something lightweight to use onth ego.

Currently considering getting the current gen Ipod Touch for light web-browsing, and to keep a to-do list.

Don't understand why people have multiple ipods WITH an iphone. I thought the whole point was to combine and meet all your needs with one device. The iphone is my Camera + ipod + phone, and my macbook pro is my main machine + recording studio.

Couldn't be happier.

The excuse I usually hear is storage size.

Macbook (4 years old this month)
iPod Touch 4th gen 32GB
iPod nano 3rd gen 4GB

I've thought about upgrading to MBP, but I can't justify it yet. Computers don't go obsolete like they used to

Yeah but if you have things like subsonic it just seems crazy.

Maybe its just that I don't go anywhere but I always have good data service where I am using my phone. Subsonic has been working amazingly well for me.

I would leave my iPod in my car since it was easier to switch tracks on it, and it could hold all my music. Since I got my new phone, it is just as easy to switch tracks, and I prefer only having 1 device.

I still love my iPods because you don't have to sync them in order to add music. You an just drag a playlist to the device. The sync feature for iPhone and touch is just alienating when you just want to add a few tracks, specially if you use multiple computers in the household.
