What are some of the best looking websites that you know?

I am about to design a webpage and I'd like to look at some good websites for asthetic ideas (eg: what colors go with what, intresting layout designs, etc). So what do you guys think are the best websites that you've seen?

Remember, I'm asking for the best looking website, not a website with the best content.

Does anyone know of sites that specialize in teaching/helping you with making Flash designs? I know the basics but I'd like to visit a site where I can learn the tricks of the trade in Flash.

That site should teach you everything you need to know about the technicalities of flash.. but its the creativity that people put into flash that makes it worthwhile.
