Pizza is also very high in calories. One pizza = 1200-1500 in calories.
Keep eating a lot and you will gain weight. You have to eat every 3hrs religiously. I did so for 9 months and put on 6Kg's (not all of it muscle, your full of sh!t if you think it was, unless you were a really skinny guy with a p!ss poor diet) but I started to eat less as it was hard to eat so much all the time and I lost some weight. Eat 4-5x a day and cut down on the cardio as that will kill your calories.
