Which are the best oblivion mods? Checked elderscrolls forums and there seems like there is a new one each day. Some help would be much appreciated. thanks

There's one called Oscuro's something or other, it's a huge overhaul of the entire game. I haven't had time to play with it much, but it looks impressive.

get the one that modifies the multiplier used to determine how much weight you can carry with a given strength.
The mod I'm thinking of doesn't give you unlimited carrying capacity but helps out some. I found when I was playing that once you are wearing a full set of armor, a melee, ranged, and some secondary weapon it left very little reserve carrying capacity. It became a real chore to lug loot back and forth to town several times just to complete a given area/dungeon/oblivion gate.
Yes, it's probably cheating in the purest sense but really just reduces a big hassle and makes the game more enjoyable.

what is wrong with 'feather' or 'strenght' as in the vanilla game? it always seems there is plenty of feather from gear [over 1,000 points] and almost UNlimited from stacking 2 minute feather spells . . . and of course if you 'knock out' Shadowmere, you get unlimited permanent storage.
