I think Im addicted to soda not just the caffiene cause I drink a variety and only diet kinds. Im not even big now and I can easily swallow a couple gallons/day and could do more. For some reason if I have a 2 liter I drink from it every minute atleast and its gone soon. Only time I will stop is if Im full. I noticed this getting worse during the summer so only will drink it now on my free days on sundays. Im all good foods and water during the other days and won't be having anything bad for a few weeks while I cut my fat.

Also I think food in general which is junkfood.

I only think Im seriously addicted although I have it under control cause I start to feel bad if I see junk food and can't have it cause of my diet and being formerly obese. I get a craving filling my stomach or drinking water cannot fill and its nuts. I get flustered and it just doesn't go away.
