The greatest epic fantasy series ever written, Steven Erikson's Malazan Book of the Fallen.

I'm rereading the series right now, currently on The Bonehunters. Looking forward to The Crippled God.

Don't judge me...

I'm going back and re-reading the Golden Compass books. I loved them when I was younger and I was looking for something really easy to read.

I read them within the last year. I buy a lot of books for myself and my kids, and read them all.

I've got a couple books waiting for when I'm done with this series that I picked up at Powell's recently: Bauchelain and Korbal Broach (Novellas included are Blood Follows, The Lees of Laughter's End, and The Healthy Dead) and Herbert and Anderson's Hellhole (was at Powell's for the book release event/signing.)

The novella's are so-so. Blood Follows is decent/good, Lee is sorta ok, Dead is unfunny comedic farce. Haven't read Crack'd pot yet.

A Dance of Blades by David Dalglish. Read the first one and enjoyed it. Just finished World War Z yesterday. It was ok. I didn't really care for the style. I also have Ender's Shadow and The Black Prism (Brent Weeks) to start next.
