Casa di Malia Prosecco. No expert on Bubbly Wine, but this seems fairly good. Pleasant green grape taste and after taste, bottle comes with its' own re-cork device even. Perfect for the Schmuck just looking to have Bubbly for the first New Years after 2020.

Pastry stouts seem to be the new rage nowadays, seems like everyone is doing them. Pipeworks has like a cinnamon roll stout and other stuff like that too. I'm not a huge fan as a lot of them are too sweet but some are great. Avery has a really damn good double maple stout that I'd recommend. Hubbard's Cave is kind of weird, they're like the stout division of the brewery Une Anee, they only do like sours and Belgian beers under that name though. It's a nice place I've been down there before.

If you aren't particular about it being an "official" bourbon, Michters rye is pretty nice. It's a low rye whiskey, so it has a lot of bourbon character.

What's a common peasant budget? For the sweeter side, Woodford double oak for $45-$50 is my go to.

If you want a bit more lively character, then Four Roses single barrel. Price is all over the place. $35-$50.

My favorite sipper right now though is Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve. It's a scotch that was finished in rum barrels. It's lovely, light and sweet.

If you’re on a budget try Wild Turkey 81 ($20-25) or if you’re really on a budget try Ezra Brooks ($15-20). Old Forester 86 and Elijah Craig Small Batch are good too.

Made myself a Juan Collins tonight for the first time and it is DELICIOUS . If you're a fan of cocktails I would definitely recommend you give it a try.

I wish. Been to hundreds of breweries and I think I've seen a french toast ale/stout maybe twice. Both were fantastic. Right now I'm working on finishing some 2017 Bell's Expedition Stouts that I've been bottle aging for a couple years. Yum!
