And I'd happily do it. The brewery is also a distillery. Their rye whisky is awesome. And they make my favorite cocktail. The sazerac.

And the food is outstanding as well. Just can't go wrong.

Got a vitamix blender yesterday.

Tonight I used it to make fresh fruit margaritas.

- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 8oz tekillya
- 2oz triple sec
- 3 cup ice

blend...enjoy!

Of all the lambics I would say I love Kriek, aka sour cherry as my favorite.

In a class all their own but which I still enjoy is Geuze. So sour and honestly barnyard like in flavor...love those on occasion as well.

Throw out the triple (really, dig a big hole and bury that shit) - use some Contreau or Gran Marnier. And add about 2 oz sweet and sour mix. Trust me, I'm a professional. No, really. This isn't a game
