yeah I went on a hunt for legit ginger beer, it's SO MUCH MORE GINGERY. Almost undrinkable by itself.

Ginger Beer is making a big comeback up here so I've been able to try a bunch of different ones recently, of course I always forget to note their names. :|

Tonight was another experiment with gin and tonic. Trying to find new takes on old classics. Cucumbers, basil, even grapefruit has been added. All to interesting and sometimes tasty effects.

So far 2oz good gin, 5oz good tonic, and 1 dash of barrel aged orange bitters garnished with a lemon is very tasty.
