Noooo, leave before it's too late!Wow this may be my first post (?) in OT after almost 22 years on this forum. Wanted to see what the world looks like outside of P&N.
Anyway I'm waiting for the next gaggle of US Marine Ospreys to fly by while I work on my '99 Taco so I can finally say I got to photograph them in formation while the weather and lighting is good. Damn weatherman being 50% right all the time while still keeping his job pisses me off when I get yelled at by my boss for being .00025" off on a part I machined when the part isn't even cooled down yet. Off to The Garage and DC&V to see what's cooking there.
I'm the crazy, and relatively new frequenter of OT. I am a fan of Mariah Carey, Jojo, Mozart, the Washington Football Team, and the Montreal Canadiens.Wow this may be my first post (?) in OT after almost 22 years on this forum. Wanted to see what the world looks like outside of P&N.

Planning our two week trip to California. Mostly a Norcal trip as Soco doesn't really interest us. Can't wait to see the Sequoias and all the hype San Francisco has to offer. Then the vineyards should be a treat. Can't wait to taste some of the best wines that California has to offer.
This place was cool and really neat to see, but the amount of games that are not 100% is really disappointing. I'd say like 90% of the games have issues. Like the monitor is either dim, colors off, etc, just needs work in general, or the controls are busted, or there is no sound. Pretty much every racing game I played, the force feedback was not working which just adds to much to the experience. The pinball room was fun too and most of those machines worked but a couple had minor issues, but they were the older ones I didn't care as much about anyways.Flying to MDW tomorrow just to check out the largest arcade in the USA then flying home at night.

Didn't get to use my 11mm line. It was too difficult to isolate, so I used my regular rope. Still a good day.Very close, I'm looking forward to climbing and deadwooding my pin oak tomorrow. I have a short length of 11mm line, and I want to try that for climbing. I usually use ½" line due to hand feel, but it's tedious dealing with the weight. I want to see if a smaller line has an acceptable experience.
