What Are You PROUD of??? (ASHAMED OF? has double post count than this one.. This is SAD)

Can be anything from material possessions, knowledge, wisdom, education, personality, etc..

I'll start:

I'm proud of my solid personality.. the ability to grow strong throughout the rough times I've had in life. My intelligence, curiousity and open-ness to philosophy, religion, science.. I just can't stand people who are just dumb.. (like typical jocks or blonds.. I'm stereo-typing for example, don't flame me)

My wit and sense of humor.. and very intimate relationship I have with some invaluable friends of mine..

My extravert, out-going trait and my computer tech-savvy-ness

My overall content-ness with my self-esteem.. this is priceless

In no way this means I'm conceited... I despise such people, I'm quick to judge myself, and when critizied by others, I am open to accept my fault and flaws..

..now only if I can get rid of my ultimate procrastination and laziness that is slowly ruining my life..

LoLz! hee hee, woohoo!! um, I'm proud of...I dunno...I'm proud of my dad and mom. When my dad married my mom, they barely had anything, and then he started his own business and now he's supporting this little bratty child, me . Also my mom had her own business, she worked her butt off and had a hair salon, she was a hairdresser but she quit after I was born, she cuts my hair

I have really blue eyes. I'm in great shape. I exercise. I don't smoke. I'm honest. I can sew and I can cook, and neither threaten my masculinity.

I don't hate anyone. I have good friends. I'm happy.

Ya know, I'm not really proud of anything in my life right now. I'm single, not seeing anyone, I don't do anything except work and play hockey. I'm not really smart, i'm not handsome(i'm fairly hidieous looking) I'm not physically fit(even though I play hockey all the time). I don't have a good paying job(it sucks living paycheck to paycheck).

Probably the only thing I have going for me is that I am really laid back. I don't rush through things and I don't worry about stuff that happens to me.

These are genetic characteristics. They are something you have no control over and, thus, are not something to be &quot;proud&quot; of anyway. Besides, who defines what is handsome or what is smart? Only the narrow-minded.

I guess it's easier to count the bad things than the good things, alot of people take the good things for granted sometimes... yup yup

I am proud of my husband and my children, and I have to say that I am really proud of the father that my X husband has become.

Lots of stuff. It would take a long time to list it all though.

My biggest accomplishment is this.

My mother is a herion addict with not even a grade 12 education living on social assisstance in government housing.

My father is a manic depressive who takes morphine constantly for his pain (which myself and his doctor believe to be an imaginary pain), and he is on Long Term Disability from work.

I am currently in my 3rd year of University maintaining a solid A- grade average, and have never had any problems with drugs or anything of the sort. I think I've managed to turn out as a fairly well rounded person.

I'm a little shy around girls but I think everyone is

Also I know my weaknesses and limitations. And I'm not afraid of them. Knowing your own limits is something I don't find many people can do well (unless they are really depressed and think they are good for nothing, but I know my strengths and weaknesses, and use my knowledge of both to be the most effective person I can be in all facets of life).

There's lots more stuff I'm proud of myself for to, but I won't list it all.
