Sounds good! It actually isn't that weird, considering a lot of people eat celery with peanut butter.

I find the flavor of celery makes me wince when I eat it (too bitter or something), even with peanut butter, but with lettuce it might be better.

Mine would have to be toasted peanut butter sandwiches dipped in ketchup. You make the sandwiches just like a grilled cheese, but with pb obviously. The contrast of the hot, sticky pb to the cold, liquidy ketchup is what makes it good. Just writing about it makes me want one.

I serve the soup over the mashed potatoes, like its a gravy.

That sounds really good actually. I'll have to try it sometime. Have you tried it with other soups? I'm thinking that something without noodles might work better as the "gravy."

Wonder how many of these are just a trap intended to trick us curious idiots into trying them so we end up puking our guts out.

marshmallows, cheese, and crackers. i dont know what poor white fool came up with the idea but my mom loved them as a kid.

take a ritz cracker, top it wiith some cheese (i usually use american, sometimes cheddar) and half a marshmallow

nuke it for 20 - 25 seconds to get things warm and melty, or stick it in a hot oven to brown the marshmallows. i know it sounds god damn weird, i totally agree, and if someone told me to try it....i probably wouldnt, but its delicious. sweet, salty, savory. a friend of mine tried it with me once as a kid, reluctantly, and asked for it every time after that when he visited.

and the soup over mashed potatoes option sounds pretty good. id probably skip the noodles in something if i was going to do that, so i might give it a try.
