What are your ideal hours for working?

I can wake up as early as 10am if I need to. Ideally I'd work 3 12's or 4 10's, starting at 10am.

I like my 7-4. Especially since I telecommute, so as soon as I open the screen on my work laptop, I'm on the clock. Snow days are especially good.

12AM-8AM - sleep till about 4PM and then have free time from 4-12 - its BEAUTIFUL - I love life - I love being an insomniac, but a lot of times I dont get 8 hrs - I just dont sleep at all - that way I can relax and have more free time.

9:30 is perfect because you get just enough sleep but get home at a reasonable time. I'd like to sleep in sometimes, and I'm tired sometimes, but I can go out until 1 or 2 and still get 6 or 7 hours of sleep. If I go to bed between 12 and 1, I almost get 8 hours of sleep.

Also, an added benefit is you always miss rush hour so you're spending less time in traffic.

Right now I work 8am - 6pm M-F and 9am-Noon on Saturdays.

I'd really prefer a 9am-5pm. I like to get home in time to see the kickoff on Monday Night Football.

I work 1 pm - 9 pm a few days a week... it's not too bad. absolutely no traffic when I'm going to or coming home from work, I get out early enough that I can still go out with my friends after work and it's nice to be able to either sleep in or run errands before work.

I had to invest in a quad-tuner dvr, though, so I could continue watching the prime time television shows that I'm addicted to

in a perfect world, my ideal schedule would be 9 am - 7 pm, 4 days/week, (or 10 am - 6 am 5 days/week if it was a job that I had to be there Mon-Fri for).

I work in IT... it's not so much that our lunches are paid as that we don't get lunches pretty much everyone either orders delivery / picks up take-out and eats it at their desk or in the kitchen and goes back to work as soon as they're done, or they just don't eat lunch (I usually don't if I'm working an afternoon shift... I'll eat lunch around 11 am before work, and then dinner around 10 pm after getting home).

I like my 3 day a week shift... 7p-7a on W, Th and F and the rest of the week off. Need to be a night person to work the shift though.. Luckily, I have ATOT to keep me occupied!

I prefer getting off work early, so 6:00-3:00 is my favorite.
