IIRC, all Mazda's except the Mazdaspeed's are built in Flint, Michigan.

Negative. Pretty much every Mazda except the non-Speed6's and the Tributes are built in Japan.

Anywho, the designs are all asian. Just like american designed cars are made in mexico or somewhere else or at least get all their parts from germany.
