Had the back end completely full earlier today. It was so much nicer loading the truck, rather than loading and unloading the grand caravan. Looking forward to how much better it'll be able to tow the boat (boat + trailer = 3500 pounds).
I don't remember what you were towing with prior to your F-150, but it should be almost a revelation. You'll know the boat's there, but just. If anything, the wheelbase length by itself will make the towing vastly more comfortable, not to mention less stressful. When we moved from the Lexus GX470 to our Silverado as a tow vehicle, I noticed towing was much more comfortable.....longer wheelbase on the truck, more "guts", and the truck was much less influenced by the trailer vs. the trailer's effects on the GX.
Nice choice in trucks, btw, although I'm not a Ford person myself. Owned a few in my life...never was happy with the brand.
