I currently have two Citi cards, but I am unhappy with their customer service. What do you use?

My issue with them is:

The other day I went on to pay my bill. Instead of my normal interface, I saw a bunch of red wording stating that my card may have been compromised and that they will be issuing a new one. However, I have been using the card just fine so I was a little confused. I called them to pay my card and the lady was nice enough to waive the normal $15 fee to pay by phone

So, to reiterate, their solution to my card being potentially compromised is:
-Prevent user from viewing account online
-Prevent user from making payments online
-Allow user to continue using card

WTF?

Edit: I've been wondering if this is somehow a ploy to get me to stop using my Citi Dividend Platinum card since they've discontinued the card. It's been over a week and I've still not received the new card. You'd think this is something that they'd want to get to me ASAP.

I have the Gold AmEx, but I never use it because I read there is an annual fee. I was like WTF. None of my other cards have an annual fee and I thought I had checked for that.

I've had the card for ~5 months now. I wonder if I can get that fee dropped.

1. chase freedom
2. capital one platinum.

I'm tempted to cancel #2, since they have nearly tripled my APR. At least that's how I read the notice they sent me. I never carry a balance, but just on principle b/c I have excellent credit, never paid this card late in over 12 years of having and they do shit like this and expect the customer to be happy.
fuck you.

4. Chase Professional (3% on restaurants)
5. Community Bank of Pleasant Hill (debit card, have to get 10 transactions per month, try to keep them under $10)

If you have the card and it carries a fee, it doesnt matter whether you use it or not. If you didnt get charged a fee already, then the first year fee is probably waived, and you wont be charged until your card anniversary date. At that point, yes you can request the fee be waived which they usually do to keep you as a cardmember, or if they say no you can cancel the card and they will credit the annual fee.

Discover. It's been fine for the most part, although at one point they tried to sign me up for some kind of protection program. Apparently even listening to the telemarketer signed me up . I got that straightened out quickly and had no problems since.

MUCH better than all the others.

FTW! USAA has been the greatest institution I've ever had the pleasure doing business with. Just a few days ago, I found three fraudulent charges on my debit card account... in two days, the card was cancelled, new card issues, all charges refunded... no problemo! They're also actively watching my new card and all accounts in case something pops up. I love these guys.

Discover - fuel, groceries, et cetera. No troubles with it, but it is technically my parents', so I just use it. Any issues would go to them.
Bank of America (Visa Debit) - personal expenses. Newegg is good friends with this one.

That's it.

Citicard but I don't spend much these days (even before the recession)... been only putting $1xx on it every month - utilities on a joint Citicard. I think all I really spend on is food. When I want to save, it's all about not flashing the card.

Bank of America Platinum Plus Visa Card - First credit card, signed up as a student. Don't want this card anymore, but don't want to cancel it due to the long history.
Chase Amazon Visa card - Okay card, use it for amazon purchases and at general places also for cash back.

Looking to get a Discover More and/or Chase Freedom card, but I need an incentive (free gps? money? something?) to get them.
