what CD Recording software is recommended?

I just got a new CD Recorder and i just want to know what's the best cd recording software? Package includes adaptec ezcd 3.5 is this any good?

I am the proud owner of about 150 CDs burnt with EasyCD.
About 15 are coasters, half the time because I buggered them up myself.
