I used to have a Kyocera 3035 (total hunk of crap). The thing died on me, VZ wanted like $300 for a new POS phone (I was still under contract). I bought the T720 off eBay NIB for like $180.

yeah, the T720 is one of the worst phones ever made. tons of problems and it breaks in a second. you should just throw it in the trash.
