In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

In all seriousness, just water. Anything else, even stuff for sensitive skin such as Cetaphil, seems to cause me to break out.

I was ready to call you an ultra douche, but then I saw what you did there.

Well played.

To answer OP's question. Johnson and Johnsons baby shampoo. I had the occasional zit once every few months or so, into my early twenties. When my son was born we always had J&J's baby wash around. One day I tried it, and never had a single breakout after. So I just stuck to using it in the morning when I shower.

It saves time too, because you've got shampoo and body wash all in one. My gf on the other hand, good God, there must be 20 bottles in the shower just for her.

I use an apricot scrub 3 times a week or Noxema

1st time noxema was mentioned.

there is nothing better for sensitive skin. its the only facial cleaner that can keep my face totally clear. i use walgreens apricot scrub to scrape my face with, then noxema to get rid of oil without overdrying.

i used to use just noxema for years, but i have recently started using exfoliant too and it makes your skin so much smoother... its actually noticeably easier to shave.

and screw anyone who makes fun of guys trying to take care of their face. girls notice it and like it.

Coconut oil soap, with 20% superfat, and ~5% salt (I like a little salt, but not salt bars). Well, when I'm not being lazy. I've been putting off making some for no good reason, the last few months (which is extra bad, because the stuff has to dry for a couple months, after being made).

What I use now ^^^

I have really oily skin. So much so that I tried only rinsing my head and face for about two weeks using only water. Just to see if it was the soap causing my over production. I was in the shower three times a day, but still could not get rid of the oily skin.

I shower right before bed, right before leaving the house for the day, and sometimes late afternoon. Still oily no matter what soaps I've tried.

KMF is fairly gentle. The bars are huge, but I built a jig that the bars sit in, then I run the jig through my table saw. Instant half bars.

Water. Hands. Usually soap. Sometimes a cloth or other applicator. If your biggest problem and decision is which cleanser to use on your face you have a type of life I'm not familiar with.
