Comes as a very fine, yellow powder and you mix it with roughly equal parts water 10 minutes before using.
You can get pre mixed stuff but it's not a patch on the powder.

So, what's so great about Coleman's powder, and why should I choose that over Mr Mustard? Mixing it with wasabi sounds interesting, but that would just give me what Mr Mustard does out of the jar. I do like the tin. I'm a sucker for tin packaging.
Colemans is a decent brand but any good mustard powder should be as good.
