Where are all these states where speeding doesn't count as points on your license? YOu get enough speeding tickets in California, you lose your license. It seems that in North Dakota or wherever you are, you can just keep getting speeding tickets every day if you can keep coming up with $40.

That's not true. I'm not entirely sure how the point system works regarding speeding tickets, since we write the citation/fine on behalf of the city. The state will take care of the points after the citation is put through the system.

That and also why the hell is tint a fine?!? Thats fvcked. It should be a fix-it ticket (which I think it is in Cali). You'll pay enough getting the tint removed to rid the fix-it. BTW, notfred do you know the maximum tint you can get on a car in Cali? I was thinking of doing it on my new Altima I got.
