this is a typical day for me, I actually don't calculate my calories but I do keep a tight traxck on what I eat.

Include calories in yours if you know them

Breakfast burrito = I can't even estimate, I'll say 1000 (it's at least that)
Chester Hot fries = 525 calories
Soda = 850 calories
Maria Calendar Pot Pie = 1090
burgers = 1280 (640x2)
Ranch = 130
large curly fries = 550
texas toast = I tossed the box but I believe it's around 140 a slice so 280.

About 5065 calories for the day, maybe a bit less or less as I don't know the calories of the breakfast burrito, it was 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 2 stripes of bacon, chopped up potato cooked in oil and a handful of shredded cheese.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, some bacon, large coffee, and copious amounts of water

Lunch: Half a chicken sandwich and some mystery Doritos (had to try them), plus more coffee and water.

Dinner: Protein shake, 2 carrots, a handful of bourbon-pecan popcorn, and some vitamins. Had just driven for 6 hours and wasn't hungry.

Far from a typical day though.

Breakfast: Coffee and a 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese.
Lunch: ~10 ritz crackers w/ crunchy peanut butter. ~16 oz. skim milk
Dinner: Some wacky (but delicious) andouille burger the wife picked up, plus salad (spinach, romaine and ~3 tbsp blue cheese dressing)
After dinner: ~4-5 cups (popped volume) popcorn, with ~1.5 tbsp butter melted on top

Probably ~1.5-2 gallons of water throughout the day.

No clue on calories.

Edit: I'm "obese" according to the BMI Calculator. When in (nearly) perfect teenage shape (nearly no fat), I was "overweight" at about 28 BMI. Now I'm at 33.2. The BMI scale is terribly off - I'd be really sickly in the middle of their "normal" range.

Breakfast - stir-fry - Mostly zucchini, onions, peppers, some chicken breast, an egg- I'll guess 600 cal.
Lunch - salad - I'll say another 500 cal.
Dinner - Chicken breast, brussel sprouts, Quinoa (pronounced: Keen Wa) - 500 cal.

Down 55 lbs. since march.

That Quinoa is a great rice substitute less calories, less carbs, and high in protein. Very tasty too.

Not typical by any means. Usually its: 2 eggs, 2 bacon for breakfast, homemade chili or leftover meat and fruit for lunch, meat and veggies for dinner, nuts for snack. I eat 2000-2200 calories a day (currently losing weight).
