yesterday, i had 2 eggs over medium, yesterday i had...
breakfast: 3 eggs w/ 3 slices of summer sausage and chedder cheese with 2 slices of whole wheat toast.

a bowl of home made rice and beans for dinner (rice, beans, tomatoes, onions)
a slice of ice cream cake w/ fresh fruit ontop

a typ. day would be oatmeal or nothing for breakfast, grab whatever special from the school cafeteria thing for lunch ( breakfast pizza, breakfast sandwich, burger, etc) about 3 out of 5 days a week. then dinner is whatever i have around. usually something pretty healthy.

Breakfast:
1 cup 2% cottage cheese and 1/2 can of lite pears

Lunch:
2 cups 'spring mix' salad
1 can albacore in water
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 or 3 Tb spicy ranch dressing

Dinner:
10 or 12 turkey meatballs in spaghetti sauce
about 1 cup of 'spring mix'
1 Tb ranch dressing

Snack:
English muffin
2 pats butter
Yoplait lite straw/banana yogurt
12 oz skim milk

I work 1p-10p and eat twice before work. Then home at dinner time (6:15p) for my lunch break. Snack is about 10:15p. I don't always have a snack. Almost always drink the milk, though.

We only go out to eat once a week.

I've lost a few pounds eating this way.

Yesterday-

Breakfast: nothing

Lunch: Flatbread sandwich with chicken, mozzarella tomato and basil, small soda refilled 3X

Pre-dinner: 2 drinks of cranberry juice with vodka

Dinner: hamburger, onion rings, 2 beers

After dinner: mountain dew 16oz bottle, 1/2 package beef jerky

I have no idea how many calories it was, but probably too much. I normally don't drink soda so late but I tried a new brand of beer and left a funny taste in my mouth that I had to get rid of.

True. Well, the quantity I ate wasn't so bad but skipping breakfast and eating more AFTER dinner is whats bad. I need to get into the habit of eating breakfast and going for a light dinner.
