Large cup coffee with a creamer/little sugar
English muffin smothered in butter.

*English muffin taste much better than toast.

Buckwheat grouts with dried hunza apricots, walnuts, dried blueberries and whole milk
Orange Juice, freshly squeezed out of the bottle
Diet Mountain Dew, served in a chilled tall glass

made a quick hollendaise and whipped up my wifes fave eggs with some hash browns for the kids and some papaya and pineapple slices on the side.

after gymnastics the kids wanted pancakes so we were hobbitses and ate second breakfast.
