LOL.. I do a lot of testing.. basically
FS01 - Main file server, dual xeon 2.4 w/ 2gb ram, 2-73 gb scsi boot and 8 146GB scsi data. 7 in Raid 5 and 1 HS. Basically FS01 is the only real server ! Everything else is VMware. I use ghost a lot so i can send up images to my server and back if i need to rebuild my pc.. and use PXE to download stuff off the RIS Server.

Drive allocation
C: Boot
D: - Data - Data Share + DC01 VM
E: - Data - Ghost Image Share + DNS01 VM + RIS01 VM
F: - Data - MX01 VM
G: - Data - Software Share
H: - Data - Media Share (DVD, Adobe)

So with 1 physical pc, I got 4 VM running out of it..

and I got my desktop to do adobe stuff plus play cs source, 2 notebook in living room so the wife and i dont fight usage...

yeah, i guess i made it based on temps. i'm thinking of getting car names the next time around: mercedes, lexus, infiniti, etc

Sorry, I just didn't feel the need to be creative when naming for my network. Also, while names can be confusing, processor speeds an model numbers cannot.
