I've owned many digicams over time. First one I had is a Fuji 4700Z. Still have that one but let a family member use it. Next one I had was a Minolta F100. Good upgrade from the Fuji. Great quality but I needed money at one point and sold it off. Couldn't live without a digicam for long and wanted something different yet affordable. Bought a Samsung V4 out of whim and I must say this camera was better than I thought it would be. Very easy to use and image quality was very good. The colours were a bit more earth tone in quality. Liked it a lot however I suddenly developed a taste for some zooming ability beyond the standard 3x/4x fare. Looked at what was available and went out and bought a Panasonic FZ10 12x 4mpix ultra-zoom digicam. Let me tell you, short of a D-SLR, this camera is a beauty. Good resolution for my print needs, great image quality, fast shutter, AWESOME lens, great built quality, and that image stabilizer works extremely well. This is the best consumer grade ultra-zoom digicam available IMO. I don't see myself moving away from the FZ10 anytime soon. Kudos to Panasonic for making a great camera.
