The envelope is irrelevant. The point is that the option is there for you to report the problem.

"I haven't received the --->DVD<--- yet."

It then tells you to wait until 2/29/2008 before reporting it. So just wait until tomorrow, report it, and they'll send you a replacement.

For fuck's sake, just wait the whole ONE day to report the DVD as lost. It's not rocket science here, and I'm not sure what you're expecting for us to say.

All this could be avoided by a simple phone call and explaining your situation. Hell, they probably can override the system and mark it as lost today, because apparently this DVD is so important.

I believe you have to wait until 2/29/08 to be able to report it as never received (the option will be available then). Until then, you will just get the message to wait until 2/29/08. This is to prevent people from asking for a replacement too soon from when it originally shipped. For example, people could claim, one hour after they receive the shipped email, that they never received a DVD and to send the next one in the queue. This would net the customer 2 DVDs out at a time. So they probably require like 5 days or so from the ship date before allowing customers to claim they never received it.

Either call the number above or wait until tomorrow and report it. They make you wait a bit in case the DVD does actually show up. Since your case is a bit different and you know it won't show up cause the envelope is fuct it's unfortunate you have to wait a day but that's just how it is.

Nothing hard about this. :laugh:

1. tell them you haven't got it yet ... technically that's true. you only got the envelope, not the dvd

you probably have to wait until 02/29/08 to do that. and then they'll send you a replacement, that's it.

it happened to me before.

all i wanted was a simple answer. all i got was a bunch of retards, who can't read, posting garbage.

and seems like you're more retarded for reporting the dvd damaged when you really don't have it in your possession. the dvd is probably in a good condition at the bottom of some mail sorting facility.
