Not manly. Childish. It's not a symbol of technology, innovation, or intellect.
Since when were these things solely in the domain of males?

Technology can be anything from a mere scissor to a supercomputer. Or even human ideas.

He defines manly first on how others perceive the person, and yet utilizes another definition in which the car itself contains enough stuff to be deemed manly. Well, for one thing, he needs to take a reciprocating saw to the windshield wipers since the were originally invented by a woman. Now that's a real man.

Any vehicle that isn't pink, baby blue, violet or has fuzzy steering wheel covers.

No, really, it's over, done, finished, nothing else left to be said. That's all.

A Ducati... Duh.

If you aren't riding one you're a huge pussy.

There is nothing manly about a motorcycle. It's a bicycle with an engine.

Although I think it would be fun to own one. But it's not a manly thing.

A moped is not manly. A motorcycle, a mechanical extension of the mind and body that will in many cases reach million dollar supercar speeds in a few eyeblinks very much is.
Go try one, you'll see. Try not to die.

Even if it's a Duck that may or may not be on fire, or not running at all often times but looks really, really pretty doing so.

I've had my current Duck for seven months, put 4,000 miles on it and haven't had any problems with it other than a wonky fuel gauge (which is now fixed). It has the 1198 Testastretta motor and it is very fast.

Motorcycles do not operate in the same way as a bicycle. The are not aesthetically similar except for the two wheels. To call it a bike with a gas engine shows quite a bit of ignorance, and I am quite ignorant of both bikes and motorcycles.

Since a motorcycle has an internal combustion engine, clutch, exhaust, and all put there on a two-wheel vehicle, some folks certainly engineered them so those things can work on there. So, motorcycles have technology, innovation, and intellect. Therefore, it is manly.

I was just poking fun. Mostly. Stunning machines.
