For me I generally have 3 eggs and one piece of bacon. Seems eaay enough and high protein. I get veggies later in the morning with fresh juice.

Throughout the work week it's always the same each day - two cups of coffee, one egg with half a slice of mozzarella cheese on a plain English muffin, and a handful of walnuts. Thinking about substituting the egg sandwich with oatmeal and fruit a couple of days per week, but I eat plenty of fruit throughout the day.

Generally eat breakfast at noon or 1pm. I eat two meals a day. Meal one will be either a fruit smoothie or some potatoes with vegan sausage. Fresh fruit in the summer. I shoot for 800 to 1200 calories for breakfast. I often add spinach or kale to my smoothie.

Half a box of instant sausage(5 links), and sometimes an English muffin. Sometimes a 1/2C(dry) steel cut oats with butter. Always have snus and lots of coffee. Been pretty bad lately about eating a second breakfast if I pass a McDonalds on the way to a job, or a local deli that makes breakfast sandwiches I really like. I need to stop that.

I have a fair sized bowl of oatmeal and two cups of coffee. Lately I've been going half old fashioned and half quick oats, for a creamier texture.

Add the following to bowl, then microwave for 2.5 minutes on high (my microwave is only 900w, so this might boil over if you're using a higher power microwave or your bowl is too small):
  • 15g unprocessed miller's wheat bran
  • 30g quick oats
  • 30g old fashioned oats
  • tiny pinch of salt
  • 240g water
When that comes out, I'll add a scoop of Optimum Nutrition French Vanilla protein, pour in another 70g or so of water and mix until combined and creamy. Sprinkle in a generous amount of cinnamon, 20g of raisins, 28g of walnuts and mix well. Comes out to around 600 calories, 73c/26f/34p. On a heavier training day, I sometimes slice a banana in there as well, which adds about 100 calories.
It's super tasty, and I really enjoy the contrast between the creamy sweetness of the oatmeal and medium-dark roast coffee. This is has been my go-to breakfast for years and likely will be for years to come.

Frozen chicken biscuit from Krogers, and hot sauce is my usual. Or a Jimmy Dean breakfast bowl. Sometimes my wife will make hard boiled eggs and I will have those too with a bowl of cereal. Lucky charms+Frosted Flakes just came out and it is pretty damn amazing.

Typical week
Big ole mug of coffee + Steel cut oats with a touch of honey and cinnamon 4 days a week.
Sometimes with a yogurt. Sometime with a banana.
Other 3 days might be 2 eggs with a bagel.

I don't overthink breakfast.

That does look amazing. I'm surprised there's only 10g of sugar per serving, but 3/4 cup seems like a wimpy serving.

Frosted Flakes aren't nearly as frosted when bought alone. Very light coating, guess that helps them keep it down.

I either fast until noon or protein shake depending on recovery needs and whether I'm losing weight at an acceptable rate or not.

Just about any combination of: coffee (black), eggs (fried, scrambled, in an omelette, hard or soft-boiled), bananas, berries, oranges, melons, cereal with milk, greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds, granola, oatmeal, toast, butter, ham, bacon, granola bars, tortillas, potatoes, tomatoes, onions and peppers. Most often in the 375 to 500 calorie range, a bit more on weekends.

When I have the time, a favorite is a nice breakfast burrito with a sweet potato hash (sweet potatoes, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes) plus a scrambled egg and some diced ham. I'll also sometimes skip the tortilla and have it in a bowl.
