for an RMA number. I ordered a case from a company out here in CA, found out after 12 hours that I dont like it or want it anymore. On the website of the company it says I have 30 days to return product and if I request a RMA number before 24 hours are up after recieving the product I wont have to pay the 15% restock fee. I requested an RMA number after 12 hours, no reponse. 2 days went by, still no reponse, I email them again asking for an RMA number, been a day now, no response. What do I do?
