What do you do to keep in Shape?

Just curious to know what people do to keep in shape, or live healthier even though your job may not allow you a lot of exercise?

I eat well, and I do about 500 crunches every night. Luckily I am on my feet about 10 hours a day at my job(hmmm...i wonder how many miles I walk a day).

Well i used to run...or i would say..hey now i am gonna start running once a day..that lasts for a week and then i get off my schedule and it never starts again.

I find it better just to play my DDR..or for those who dont know the pleasure that is DDR...It is DAnce dance revolution

I hear that. From what I hear it's pretty easy to get in shape, its just a matter of discipline, of which I have none. Oh well...

Really? Provide facts. I have lost 40 lbs in a month and a half(that would be eating healthy), and my abs are becoming more and more defined everyday(maybe the crunches were a factor?).

i run at least 1.5miles a night, and sometime i lift weights if i feel like it after running.

some kinda cardio and weights 4 days a week at the gym in the winter. in the spring and summer usually outdoor running or biking 3 days a week

the only exercise I get is hockey 2 or 3 times a week... else I sit in this chair... all day long... and sit out in the living room... all night long. Perfect balance, no ?

I just try not to eat too much junk food..i'm still a teenager so I don't really have to excercise to maintain my weight right now.

I WAS lifting weights about 3 times a week but then school started piling up and i put grades ahead of working out. (this is just the bullsh1t excuse i gave myself for being lazy). luckily im not chubby and i still squeeze in some ab workouts at the end of the day
