Pretty much anything but ketchup, I really dislike ketchup unless it is made into something like Fancy Sauce. Most of the time I just like salt and pepper, but I don't even really eat fries that much.

Salt. If you want to or feel you have to add anything other than salt, then the fries have failed for me. McDonalds are absolutely flawless.

Red Robin uses season salt on their fries. You get unlimited fries when you eat inside.

My favourite (by far) is fries with feta cheese and tsatsiki. Feta and ketchup is also a pretty good combo.
