As of late it's been a bunch of board games, board games with miniatures, and painting supplies for said miniatures.

Oh and landscaping. I think I've dropped $1500 in the last month in trees, shrubbery, flowers, garden vegetables, ect.

Used to: movies/TV shows DVDs and musical CDs. A bunch of them, as in thousands.

Now: Reward Checking accounts and investments. Thinking about a new car, the BMW 135i with turbo six engine looks mighty sweet. Oh, and travel to different countries once a year.

Of course, I do like to eat. I used the GroupOn coupons to try new and different restaurants.

Lots and lots of food as well as some tech gadgets.

Yup. Food + gizmos.

Having severe food allergies has turned out to be the best thing that's ever happened to me food-wise. I've branched out into sushi, Ethiopian, all kinds of stuff I never would have tried before.

The $1500 was for landscaping around my house. Not miniature landscaping.

I have spent over $500 in Kickstarter miniatures table top games this year though. This winter I'll getting those delivered hopefully.

For me it's generally food, booze, and movies.

This is an investment in your health. Money well spent. I didn't even blink at the cost of my treadmill. If it keeps my wife and I healthy and off the diabeetus then it paid itself off ten fold.

Diet will keep you off diabeetus. The treadmill is just going to wear out your joints.

at the moment, any spare money at the end of the month is going into a savings account to save for a new car.

I'm going to drive my current car into the ground, but when I'm finally ready for a new one, I'd like to be able to put as much of a down-payment on it as I can (currently up to $5k in that account, and I assume my new car will be in the $25-30k range after taxes/fees)
