I've always had trouble falling aleep early, I'm naturally at my peak energy past 10pm or so. So when I have to start work at like 7 or 8 and should be going to bed at 10, it just does not happen.
I love working night shifts though, because it's more natural for me. I'm awake all night, I only start to get tired around 5-6, my shift ends at 7,I go home, go to bed and fall asleep right away then I can wakeup naturally without an alarm.
But then trying to get out of the night shift routine is very hard. So like the first day shift, it always takes me several hours to fall asleep the night before. I usually go to bed at 12 or 1 knowing even if I go to bed earlier I wont fall asleep till 2-3 anyway.
I wish I could just work nights all the time, would solve that problem. :biggrin:
