seriously, many of the people I have met on the net are .nl and therebouts and they are top notch... last weekend I was in the mountains(Beech NC) and met another guy from .nl again first class

plus.. if it wasnt for DPC RC5 would be boring ; )

Whether that is cast in stone, is entirely up to the participants of TA - and DPC of course.
