Pertain to someone as smart?
I'm busy drinking myself to excess, how dare you educate me!
Pertain to someone as smart?
I though I was very plain -- the republicans are attacking her while they(the Republicans) are trying to plug the holes in their own ship!
Where did the right prop up Sarah Palin as some masterpiece of human intellect?
Proclaim her as the VP - that's what she was up for no doubt. But tell me where the mass media was advocating as some kind of intelligent person. I never got that sentiment - mostly because she was... in fact... retarded. It's kinda hard to pertain to someone as smart when you're in fact stupid.
Palin never said she could see Russia from her house. That was Tina Fey.OH PLEASE....
Didn't the same folks think the same about Sarah Palin?
But wait a second...
I know.
How about Bernie/Alexandria ticket for 2020?
I wonder if Alexandria can see Russia from HER house?
Palin never said she could see Russia from her house. That was Tina Fey.

EXcept it'll be her own club who stifels her.
For the time being. We shall see.
Has it? I googled and the only stories about it have broke in the last day and I see nothing disproving it, where are you seeing that?

Much the same can be said about Hillary. Hillary made mistakes (don't we all), but she's not stupid, nor a criminal, neither of which is at all true about the POTUS.Most people who hate her have been brainwashed to hate her, which calls their own IQ into question.
I read all the responses and i still find her worthless.
You can vote for Santa Claus of you like but it's only going to lead us to our doom.
Whatever. People really think she said that. An Alaskan governor is privy to national security concerns and it was a valid point to bring up. There are special national security installations in Alaska for which you and I are not allowed to know the purpose or function. She fucking said that RUSSIA IS HER NEIGHBOR. Everyone knows exactly what Palin said and what she meant. Who cares if a much smarter, much wittier female distilled the reality of her message into perfect satire? (remember: satire is only satire when it is couched in truth)
Why are you so profoundly desperate to attribute a thing that everyone knows she fucking said, to someone else? Why the fuck is this "what Palin said" issue, and "anything not 100% pure, unrestrained capitalism = evil" the only two things that you set post alerts for? lol--every single time someone mentions the thing that everyone knows Palin said, you have to chirp up "Nuh uh! Tina Fey said that! haha, take that, liberals!"
You and your bro are so damn predictable about the issues that really grind your gears.
Details to be announced, I suspect. It's kinda like Kennedy starting the moon program at this point.
Not surprised that you bought into some of the lies told about her background...
The amusing thing is that conservatives are neurotically obsessed with her, claiming in one breath that she's unimportant while promptly shitting their pants any time she says or does something that confronts their values. It's like modern Republicans have to attack a prominent woman to feel good about themselves (and distract from their own rank corruption), and since Clinton is largely out of the picture, AOC is the substitute.
Here's the actual interview. Tell me how far off Tina was from Sarah? At least Tina was understandable.Palin never said she could see Russia from her house. That was Tina Fey.

COURIC: You've cited Alaska's proximity to Russia as part of your foreign-policy experience. What did you mean by that?
PALIN: That Alaska has a very narrow maritime border between a foreign country, Russia, and on our other side, the land—boundary that we have with—Canada. It, it's funny that a comment like that was—kind of made to cari—I don't know. You know. Reporters—
COURIC: Mocked?
PALIN: Yeah, mocked, I guess that's the word, yeah.
COURIC: Explain to me why that enhances your foreign policy credentials.
PALIN: Well, it certainly does because our— our next door neighbors are foreign countries. They're in the state that I am the executive of. And there in Russia—
COURIC: Have you ever been involved with any negotiations, for example, with the Russians?
PALIN: We have trade missions back and forth. We— we do— it's very important when you consider even national security issues with Russia as Putin rears his head and comes into the air space of the United States of America, where— where do they go? It's Alaska. It's just right over the border. It is— from Alaska that we send those out to make sure that an eye is being kept on this very powerful nation, Russia, because they are right there. They are right next to— to our state.

FFS, you are such an insipid lib cliche. All you're really saying is 'WWWAAAHHHHHH! You're picking on a lib!' Just because she's a 'prominent' woman in your opinion doesn't mean I have to get on my knees and lick her a** like you do. How dare I hold her to the same standards that you hold people to with whom you disagree. I happen to find strong, intelligent women VERY attractive. I'm married to one, moron! I happen to be writing a story and the female characters are exactly that, strong and intelligent; not the whiny, nasty, temper-tantrum throwing victims that people like you grovel to.
AOC is a childish, mouthy little brat.
Go breath some fresh air instead of liberal farts.
And no, I was in no way triggered by your comments. I laughed at how vapid those said comments were.
Perfect example of righties projecting their faults on others. Ferrel didn't interject any substantive reasons for AOC hate just name called. This response is the perfect example of a mouthy little brat.FFS, you are such an insipid lib cliche. All you're really saying is 'WWWAAAHHHHHH! You're picking on a lib!' Wowsers, it's like this guy hasn't been paying attention for at least a decade.
I like how you try to claim the moral high ground while throwing out childish insults and making broad, unsupported assumptions about what I believe.
I do not revere AOC. She's at times naive and can't tell you how she'd follow through on an idea. But her heart is in the right place, and unlike the President, she's actually willing and able to learn from mistakes.
More importantly, I'm not praising AOC so much as laughing at how conservatives are fixated on her, as if she represents the sum total of the Democratic party. And I notice there's a distinct pattern of latching on to a prominent woman Democrat as a punching bag, often with attacks that have as much to do with her looks as her supposedly vile policies.
I think AOC is a dreamer.
