The reason for the oddly lower access time and high inner STR is because the drive tested in the database is short stroked according to Eugene over at SR. So not all 160GB versions of that drive will perform the same, the 68GB/platter will be the fastest while the 60GB and 80GB versions should be somewhat slower, though the 80GB may have a higher outerzone STR. Drive manufacturers need to stop with all the different drive configurations listed under the same part# making it very difficult to impossible to know what you are getting until you actually have it and can examine it.
